How do you create a solution that optimises all that Drupal has to offer?

Pilot and feasibility studies are necessary in order to understand, identify and define the scope of a project.

These studies provide answers to two questions:
"What should be done?" and
"What will it cost?"

In our preliminary studies we also assess and talk about your project's scalability and sustainability, including designing best for Drupal (read The Drupal Way).

And together, we create a recipe for implementation and specification. The specification in many cases is functional, including wireframes with comments.

But in all cases, it describes the scope of the project in a way that both you (the client) and us (the supplier) agree upon.

Using the specification, we create a project plan for implementation.
