Jakob is a co-founder of NodeOne and specializes in web strategy and usability to help clients succeed and focus on what actually delivers what they need and want. In his work he applies methods found in web strategy, usability and business strategy.
He's been working with Drupal since 2005 and has a background in cognitive science and computer science. When he's not trying out how to make sites do what people want and need, he can be found skiing, with a backpack on the trail or rock climbing.
