OG membership types

This screencast shows how to modify the Organic group membership types. Information included in this screencast:

• Membership types are used for connecting a user to a group, but do not change or alter the membership by themselves.
• Membership types are fieldable entities, which means that you can add new fields to them. The fields are displayed when applying for group membership.
• You can create new membership types, in case you need different kind of memberships. This could be useful if you have a 12 month membership and a 6 month membership, which have to be renewed periodically (which in turn could manage with Rules Scheduler).
• Currently, non-adminsitrators cannot select which memebership type they want to use when applying for group membership. This is being discussed at the issue Work out membership types
