Pilot and feasibility study

Pilot and feasibility studies are necessary to understand, identify and define the scope of a project. NodeOne is experienced in implementing pilot and feasibility studies as part of the Drupal development process.

These studies provide answers to two questions:
"What's to be done?" and "What will it cost?"

In our preliminary studies we also assess and talk about your project's scalability and sustainability, including designing best for Drupal (read The Drupal Way).

And together, we create a recipe for implementation and specification. The specification in many cases is functional, including wireframes with comments.

But in all cases, it describes the scope of the project in a way that both you (the client) and us (the supplier) agree upon.

Using the specification, we create a project plan for implementation.
