Drupal Community

The active, engaging and welcoming community is what makes Drupal one of the best content management systems in the world.

It's easy to think of Drupal as merely the code that you download and start using - whether its Drupal's core or the thousands of add-on modules that you can use. However what makes Drupal unique is not just great code, but rather code that's constantly getting better.

The rapid and positive development is possible thanks to Drupal's strong community. At drupal.org, the Drupal main website, there are over 300,000 people who've cared enough to create an account to take part, ask questions, answer other people's questions and discuss Drupal.

Drupal's community is an invaluable resource, in many ways.
  • Developers get constant feedback (and help with testning) from enthusiastic users.
  • New users receive guidance, help and support when they get stuck.
  • Developers, professionals and beginners, have a common and natural forum to discuss and share experiences,
  • Those that use Drupal for specific purposes can easily meet others with similar needs, to get help, advice and inspiration. For example, the discussion group on Drupal for newspapers, has over a thousand members.

The Swedish Drupal forum is a meeting place for Swedish Drupalists, allowing new users to ask for help, as well as letting more experience developers discuss. In addition to the online conversation real life meetups are arranged. Discussion tend to range from Drupal to anything.  We're proud to be part of building the world's greatest content management system. Come join us!
