As a new initiative and community contribution, we decided to share our recipes coming from far away or just grandma's cookbook to make our Drupal lives even better.
Last week's fika may be the beginning of the NodeOne baking cookbook.
So here it comes, it is totally safe to try it at home and indulge yourself.
What you need
- 200 gr Chocolate (best to take dark chocolate)
- 4 Eggs
- 200 gr Fine sugar
- 125 gr Butter
- 100 gr Flower
- 1/3 of package of baking powder. (in Germany we have little sachets. So best is to take a teaspoon).
- 2-3 bags of M&Ms (and sort out the blue ones)
- Blue sugar paste
How to do it
Melt the butter very carefully in a pot and add the chocolate once the butter has melted entirely. Stir both well and don't heat it up too much, it only has to be liquid. Bake the cake at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes (but this really depends on the oven). Check with a needle (or something else that is thin) in the middle of the cake to see if it's done. Usually, it also starts smelling real nice when the cake is done :-) Now use the sugar paste to trace the Druplicon, then stick the smarties on the cake.
