Modules for sustainable website building

This list is a part of a list of a 49 modules list used at NodeOne's Drupal rocket start corse. The course focused on configuring modules to create website functionality, meaning that many tools for theming, documenting, translating and module development are intentionally excluded. Module data is from late September 2010.

The modules in the list are selected based on experiences from configuring, managing and optimising Drupal sites. However hard to believe, the list is not perfect. Your ideas and comments are valuable – feel free to join in and discuss the list!
